Footprints/Helpdesk software to be Rebooted – RESOLVED

Do to an issue with Footprints, we are forced to reboot the server at 9:15am this morning to resolve the issue. We expect full service to be restored by no later than 9:30am.

This issue has been resolved and full functionality has been restored as of 9:31am – 05/16/2019 – Thank you for your Understanding!
