In order to streamline student printing, and to simplify the entire process, CapIT has made some recent upgrades to the student printing software.  Please visit: http://www.capital.edu/printing-on-campus/ for additional details on adding the new “Student Global Print Queue” to your PC or Mac computer.

During the fall semester, and over the semester break, CapIT worked diligently to get the new student printing software in place by the start of the Spring 18 term. The new student printing software provides Capital students with the following features:

• Additional print-on-demand printing locations across campus – You can submit documents to print from anywhere and pick them up in any print stations across campus. (Note: the residence hall locations are restricted to those residents only.)
• Universal print queues to send your print jobs
• The elimination of additional charges for minimal printing quota overages
• Future-proofing student printing demands as printing technology changes
